DPL License Requirements
- NOC from the different departments like D.C.O, T.M.O,Civil Defence,
Anti Narcotic Force, Environment and Protection Agency, DIG etc.

The Department of Explosives will need following documents for grant of license for non-bulk storage godown:
- Application Form "D" duly filled in and signed by the Owner.
- Treasury challan deposited in federal treasury as per quantity.
- NOC from the District Authority with a site/location plan duly attested by him and SITE Association.
- Land ownership documents.
- If land is acquired from land-lord/lady then a Tenancy Agreement duly registered with Registrar.
- Proposed plan 5 copies.
